Refund policy
First Step:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We must be contacted first to approve the return and it be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is customers responsibility. It is quite costly sometimes and we do offer other options.
Second Step:
- We will provide the return shipping address once the return has been approved. Do not ship items without approval as they will not be accepted.
Third Step:
- You will be able to purchase and download the return shipping label here or take returned package to your nearest postal office.
- Canada has a convenient flat rate box ($), which you can get at the postal office, to ship items back.
Please note: No returns on store sales, discounts, special customization, plain nylon, seasonal items, or sale items. No exchanges - each item is made to order for you and there is no "stock" to exchange.
Refunds are issued upon OUR receipt of the returned products. We recommend putting tracking on the return. Shipping is non-refundable and customers responsibility. The products must be unused and in original packaging.
Order cancellations (before being made) must be placed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. They will be subject to a cancellation fee if later than this.
