LONG long lines! 

Lengths: 

15 meter (or 50ft ish) - about 20 big steps long (not quite 1.5 school buses)

30 meter (or 100ft ish) - about 40 big steps long (little less than 3 school buses)

This waterproof long line in 38 shades (availability depends on my inventory) is made in 1/2" (12mm) wide ST Beta Biothane. Our long leashes are light weight but very strong and a must for tracking, training, recall and many other applications! The measure is from the one end to the other; the entire length, including snap and handle.

Our thin long line leashes are made with a lighter weight Genuine Beta BioThane in 1/2" (12mm) width but are still very strong! (1000lbs per inch of width) They have a breaking strength of 1000lbs per inch of width. It is thinner to cut down on the weight of the line. They are triple riveted for strength and durability. We hand make everything to each individual order and the pictures here are just samples. Hardware sometimes isn't as pictured (supply chain issues). Biothane the 'MAGIC' alternative to leather:

Beta Biothane is waterproof - easy to clean with soap and water.

It does NOT: mould, mildew, mark fur or absorb odours. The strong polyester webbing is coated in PVC giving the look, feel and suppleness of leather. We construct, design, photograph, and hand-make all items in Canada.

For Biothane:

• Genuine Beta Biothane
• solid brass or stainless steel hardware
• end sealed in matching shade
• rivets (either solid brass or nickel plate solid brass)

Cleaning is a snap! You can use soap and water for most dirt/salt water. Polish solid brass and stainless steel with a slurry made of white vinegar and baking soda (foamy but works great) and rinse off after. Even a disinfecting bleach dip (10%) is fine. Magic erasers work well for stubborn stains.

For Tartan ribbon or Nylon collars:

• Genuine Tartan Ribbons from Scotland
• strong nylon webbing
• nickle plated hardware
• thread for sewing

Cleaning of fabric type collars is usually done by hand or gentle cycle in the washing machine. Use gentle soap, no harsh chemicals. Let air dry fully.
